HAIRMAX LASER COMB REVIEW

My father has been using the HairMax LaserComb for about 2 months now. Previously he was using ScalpMed and rogain (not consistently). I would highly recommend scalpMed because it was quite effective I should say but it had a side effect on him that is it was affecting his eyes and vision. I know that a few people said the same thing too. So although he seemed to like ScalpMed, he could not use because his vision was literally going bad. That means even sitting in front of computer etc and TV he seemed to get discomfort from.

I must also say that please do not use ScalpMed if your hairs are falling on a regular slow rate or not falling speadily. I have seen a few reviews on another site in which people said their hairs loss increased after quiting and their hair loss was not that bad before.

That beeing said I started to research on laser comb and the technology. After reviews and checking video on youtube and other serveys from NBC etc, I decided to recomend that my father try out the hairmax laser comb. So here’s my review on the HairMax Laser comb based on my fathers results.
After using the hair max laser he noticed that the laser beam was not properly aligned. So here what we figured out about the HairMax laser comb. When he turned on the laser, and pointed the laser beam to the ceiling and we both noticed that the laser lights are not uniform. In fact they are most concentration on one side and almost no existant on the other. We don’t know if this was just his laser comb or if they are all like this, it just seemed wierde for a product that cost’s $500.

One good thing about the laser comb is that it is clean and easy. He usally watches tv while combing his hairs with it for 15 minutes. After using it for first few times, we both noticed some of his thicker hairs had fallen out, but after that his hairs almost stopped falling, that is what it seemed like at least. This didn’t last long and it wasn’t long before, very few hairs would fall if they would fall at all. He really liked the fact that there was no cream or any solution to apply, just 10-15 min laser treatment. I think probably it helped my father retain his hairs for a bit longer. I also think it might have increased his hairs density to some extent although I don’t have any scientifict study. But I have also noticed that his reseading hairline may have even increased , although at a slower speed perhaps. I have no problem with him using this device but my only concern right now is the vision again. He has started to experience the same vision affect that he got from ScalpMed although it is not that bad. I think he might discontinue it for that reason alone if things did not change. But overall I think it was positive experience for my father. One doctor told me, it is bad science. So I would not recommend the HairMax Laser comb. And if you do decide to spend the $500 on the Laser comb please do not expect miracles. He is still losing some of his hairs and they did not seem to regrow back. Also when combing try to move really slow, the 3 sec method. If you go faster, the affect may not be that pronounced at all. I think it still needs more research. I would not recommend the HairMax Laser Comb because it does seem to work. Of cource as allways this is only my opion and I could very well be wrong.
