Mascara in as pure a formula as you can buy. Based on clay and iron oxides, no lacquers, shellac and alcohol. This heavenly mascara lengthens lashes to their longest, without heavy clumps. Its water resistant, but not waterproof. Gentle, easily removed. Excellent for sensitive eyes.
I don’t wear alot of brown mascara, and I have mixed feelings about my Ecco Bella Brown Mascara review. first off, it didn’t flake one bit, which is wonderful. I have a allergies and tend to rub my eyes, and it stayed on beautifully. On the other hand, it didn’t do what I expect a mascara to do. It didn’t thicken my lashes at all. It lengthened them a little bit, but they still look very thin. If you’re looking for a natural look, or maybe you’re a blonde who just wants some color to make your blonde lashes show up better, this would be okay.
After another full day of wearing this mascara, I have to change my oppion about Ecco Bella Mascara. This mascara’s staying power makes up for its lack of thickening. It simply does not flake! Maybe it’s just fresher than other mascaras I’ve used, but it I don’t think that’s it. No brand new mascara I’ve ever worn is this flake-resistant.

I’m a pretty low-maintenance kinda gal. However, I must confess that I *love* this mascara. This stuff really brings out the potential of your lashes. Re: curling, it does have a slight curling effect, however, I could see someone needing to use a curler. And there was a tendency to run after a prolonged period of time. So, awareness of your appearance (i.e., periodic trips to the ladies’ room) is recommended.
Overall, it’s a really great product. I’ve had several compliments on the newly-acquired definition of my lashes. And it helps you feel seriously glamorous in those times when you need that extra boost of confidence Givenchy Phenomen Eyes Mascara is A Winner!!
