I’m a mostly straight guy, 31, and I’ve just started (maybe 5 months) wearing eyeliner. I say mostly cause there might be some guys out there with really old memories. Anyway. My moonlighting job is bartending and I’ve got to say, a LOT of my (female) customers love the look - I’ll also say that there are kinda limits to how you do it. If I follow YouTube vids like “girls, here’s how to do your eyeliner” it looks — a little odd. Ditto for almost ANY application of mascara (I had a girlfriend give me a mascara look one evening and it got pretty embarassing having girls at the bar giggle and confess I’d done a better job on my eye makeup than they did!) At this point though, I feel totally under-dressed if I go out - anywhere - without a bit of eye makeup.
